Highlights of Faculty Task Force Recommendations : UF Regulations and Policies

Mandate that the Administration cannot change established terms and conditions of employment for bargaining-unit faculty without bargaining them.
Guarantee that UFF/UF receives notification of any proposed change in University regulations.
Guarantee that no existing or new University regulation or policy will apply to bargaining-unit faculty if it conflicts with the Contract.
