Guarantee, consistent with the spirit of the collective bargaining laws, that the Trustees must bargain over any significant change in terms and conditions of employment affecting faculty in the bargaining unit.
Remove the prohibition on bargaining issues that were beyond the knowledge of the parties at the time of formal negotiations.
