Highlights of Faculty Task Force Recommendations : Recognition of Bargaining Rights

Revise the Contract to reflect the transfer of power from the Florida Board of Regents to the University of Florida Board of Trustees.
Provide for UFF-UF to receive detailed copies of the agenda, supporting materials, and minutes for meetings of UF¹s Board of Trustees and its subcommittees.
Ensure that UFF-UF receives a copy of any proposed new or amended rules or policies well in advance of its implementation.
Change the word ³employee² to ³faculty² or ³faculty member² throughout the Contract.
