Highlights of Faculty Task Force Recommendations : Consultation

Update the Contract to recognize that future consultations will take place between UFF-UF and the UF¹s Board of Trustees in Gainesville, not between the statewide UFF and the Chancellor of the Board of Regents in Tallahassee, as was the case in the past.
Provide for more frequent consultations.
Require that accurate records of discussions during the consultations be maintained.
