Tentative Agreements
During the negotiation process, representatives of UFF and the Board of Trustees will periodically sign a "Tentative Agreement" when provisional agreement is reached on a proposed section of the Contract. A "Tentative Agreement" generally concludes negotiation on that section, subject to agreement on the rest of the Contract. No section of the Contract is truly finalized until there is tentative agreement on the entire Contract, and the Contract is formally approved by both the Trustees and the faculty in the bargaining unit.
